An Entrepreneurial's Weekend Retreat

An entrepreneur’s work is never done. The holidays don't offer a real vacation if you have to host parties for family and friends and searching for perfect gifts could be just as stressful as finding a venue for an event. Okay, I may have exaggerated, but you get it. I'm one of those people who stress over the holidays because my birthday is also four days before Christmas. It's like I can't get away from planning. I love it, but it can get a little stressful. My holiday is no real vacation... only time away from one to-do list to accomplish another to-do list.
As we focus on our fully loaded calendars, we need to seriously find that empty space where we can pencil in or sharpie in (unalterable version) “ME TIME.” It's much more important than we think when it comes to generating new ideas, critical thinking, and creating strategies. Sometimes I just need someone to tell me to sit my _ss down somewhere and relax.
